Welcome to the M.A.C Newsletters

Clicking on a newsletter on the menu below will access a 'PDF' file.

Doing this ensures that you get the newsletter in exactly the format it was produced so you can print it out if you want to.

The file can be either downloaded to your hard disk or opened in the browser window depending on how you've configured your "Acrobat Reader" application.

I strongly suggest that you download it rather than have it open in your browser window because these are rather large files which take a while to download and it's been my experience that they don't always function correctly in the browser window.

To ensure that you have the option to download the file, open up your "Acrobat Reader" application and from the file menu select 'Preferences'. Select 'General' (the options that come up are designed to give you a heart attack but don't worry). Towards the bottom you'll see some 'Options'. Simply deselect the 'Web Browser Integration' box.

What should happen when you click on the newsletters is that you'll get a dialogue box come up asking you what you want to do with the file and you can then make your choice.

Sounds a bit complicated but it's not really! (honest!)
